New handmade seller. Professional selling plan??? Just about eady to give up
I'm so fed up with Amazon support who just don't care about solving your issues. Never known anything like it.
Long story short I'm being charged £30 for the professional plan even though I didn't realise I was signing up to it. Im told this should be waived because im on handmade, however when going through support to downgrade I got this message:
You have a Handmade seller account, which requires participation in the professional selling plan Changing to the individual selling plan will also end your Handmade subscription. Create a case to downgrade your account and end your Amazon Handmade subscription
What is this all about? They also say I cant have a refund because I've 'used' professional features this month. But they wont tell me what they are.
Also in account settings it wont let me change it there because it says "You have another service associated with this account which does not allow you to change your subscription status.
Any help would be appreciated.

you do need a professional plan to have handmade its been a rule since day one they used to wipe the fee though but dont know if thats still true though as not done it for a long time . if you have listed normal adds not in handmade is what they mean by using the feature . try speaking to handmade support not normal support
