can't edit listing - no error message, my additions just disappearing
Hi!
My brand, my listing, normally isn't an issue to edit images, bullet points, description etc.
However, when trying to update, I add my additions into the relevant fields, add images etc, click save and gives me the box saying if accepted, it will take 48 hours etc...
However, when immediately clicking back into Edit listing, my additions have disappeared. Has anyone experienced this, and have any suggestions to sort it out? SS are just saying they can't see any additions, and can't seem to understand that I am adding them, but they're immediately disappearing...
