When did a signed proof of delivery denied
When did a signed proof of delivery become a deniable Safe-T claim issue? I had a $750 order refunded by Amazon because the customer claimed it didn't arrive, and yet we have a signed delivery document. Amazon denied the Safe-T Claim because shipping was not purchased through Amazon. RIDICULOUS!! Signed POD has always been accepted.
