amazon refusing to remove feedback which is a product feedback but given to me
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to respectfully request the removal of a feedback left on my seller profile that I believe does not comply with Amazon’s feedback guidelines. The comment in question is clearly related to the product itself and not my performance as a seller. Despite attempting to appeal this through the usual channels, the feedback remains in place, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
As per Amazon’s guidelines, feedback that is solely related to product reviews should not be attributed to the seller. In this instance, the buyer has rated me based on their dissatisfaction with the product, which I do not manufacture, nor was the feedback reflective of my service, fulfillment, or communication.
I always strive to provide the best service possible and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Having this unrelated feedback on my account unfairly impacts my seller rating and misrepresents the quality of service I provide.
I kindly ask you to review this matter again and consider removing the feedback in accordance with Amazon's policy. I would greatly appreciate your support and understanding.

This is NOT Seller Support, just a forum of other sellers. To remove feedback you must do it via feedback manager.
