amazon cant close my account
hi, i have problem that i need to close EU accounts ( they are deactivated) because it were made by mistake, but amazon support only answer "We received your request to close your account. Once a seller may no longer sell on the site, it effectively closes the account." but this still affect US acount where i have inventory and cant sell, support dont want to help and only answer with pre made answers already 2 month, this will lead to inventory remove, big payments and closing cooperation with amazon,
what can i do in this situation? i cant reactivate EU account because i send documents what they need but thaey say it is suitable and dont answer why!

Unfortunately, if an account is deactivated, it can't be closed. And it will consequently have an impact on any linked accounts.
The only answer is to get the EU account reactivated. What is it they are asking you for?
