There cannot be such a team, it shouldn't exist, they have established an unfair system, I feel ashamed of this as sellers, there is no platform to complain about them, I sent all the emails but unfortunately the result is nothing, except losing your products.

This petition arises from frustrating personal experiences that illustrate the need for crucial changes in Amazon's A To Z Claim handling system. As sellers, we increasingly feel unprotected and unfairly treated by the policies in place.
The current model, which highly favours customers, exposes sellers to misuse and abuse. Indeed, there have been multiple instances where customers exploit the system by illicitly using, damaging, or even stealing products, only to be routinely backed by the A To Z Claim Team and get their money refunded. This situation gives a misguiding message of leniency towards poor customer behaviour that is both unfair and damaging to the sellers.
Moreover, it appears there is little to no recourse if sellers genuinely make a mistake. The policies seem to systematically work against us, leaving us vulnerable and powerless.
It's time for a change. Amazon's A To Z Claim Team needs to be revised or removed in favor of a fairer system that equally protects both buyer and seller. This is not just about protecting our businesses, but also about preserving trust, fairness, and integrity within Amazon's marketplace.

Look at it this way. If you have a physical store you're going to get shoplifters, this is simply the online equivalent. If you have your own website you will still get chancers who threaten negative trustpilot/google/facebook reviews unless they get their own way. If you haven't built an element of fraud/theft into your business model no matter where you sell you really need to look at your business model again.
Amazon takes the approach that the customer is (almost!) always right with an AI trained A to Z bot making most decisions in the customers favour unless it can be proven emphatically that the customer is wrong. Amazon does eventually remove customers buying privileges for persistent offenders.
You, like all sellers, are here because the customers are here and it is always your choice whether to be here or not. Harsh as that sounds, ultimately it's Amazon's site with Amazon's rules so you have to price in the occasional crazy A to Z going against you.

We can completely relate to your plight, sellers are losing products and money on daily basis to fraudulent buyers via the current A - Z system. It is really pathetic that Amazon has completely failed to look into this loop-hole in their policy. They are refusing to offer any support to sellers. I suppose at the end of the day, Amazon still collect their fees from the seller, so it's really the sellers who are suffering. Many sellers are moving their businesses from Amazon to other selling platform, as a result of this unfair policy, as well as other related policy, which only supports buyers while sellers are regularly losing hundreds and thousands of cash to fake and fraudulent buyers.

This is the worst claim company i have seen. Obviously, A to Z claims not doing their job properly. They never bother to investigate and initiate refund even the customer received the product. Its like customer getting everything for free and only sellers getting the hit.

I agree I have lost money and time to people making A-Z claims even though I have GPs data POD phot of the product at there front door and a signature . It is a joke . Listen up Amazon
