Amazon Suspended My Account
I just started selling on Amazon. All products are original and invoiced. One day, I suddenly received a message that your account has been suspended. I contacted him immediately. He asked for invoice, receipt and authorized document. I also sent all my documents. They sent me a message saying there was insufficient information. I threw it away again with other documents. They wrote me "insufficient information" again. Can anyone help?

Post your original deactivation notice; redact any personal info.
Without more info, no one can help you.
But a couple of questions that need to be asked:
What were you selling?
Where did you source those items?
Did you have permission FROM THE BRAND to sell their items on Amazon?

Sounds like your invoice is not valid. Or if it's a receipt, they are not acceptable. You need a valid chain of supply. Do not send what they are not asking for.

Hello @Seller_MVPyXcULTC0kT,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated and you have questions about how to address this.
@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw has given great guidance here. We will need to learn more details about your account deactivation so we can guide you on your next steps. You can share the deactivation performance notification here, so we can take a look.
This sounds like an authenticity concern. You will be asked to provide invoices for the ASIN(s) in question that meet our document requirements. The quantity on the invoice must cover your sales volume for the ASIN in question in the last 365 days. If the supplier is not able to be verified or the invoice does not meet our requirements, your submission may be denied.
Do you have permission from the brand to utilize their intellectual property and sell their products? If so, do you have a letter of authorization you can submit for review?
I look forward to learning more. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
