I can’t withdraw money

Please treat this case seriously, which is very important to us.

1. I can't withdraw money from my account, because the available funds have always been ZERO. We have contacted the "Account Payment" team, and they said that there is no problem with my account. I want to know why I can’t withdraw money when the account is normal?

2. Our Amazon store has been five years, and there is no violation of regulations and Amazon warnings, Why is there such a situation that cannot withdraw money. No reasons, No prompts and notifications, Why?

3. Two weeks have passed the withdrawal-cycle, Amazon has not solved my problems. At the same time, I have to face the suppliers' press for payment, the interest of the bank, the children's food and parents health, and the salary of employees...This is my only income. Who will bear my loss? I am very anxious and helpless.

4. Amazon should follow the business rules and Immediately lifted the restrictions on our withdrawal rights . I am just a small seller, please leave it immediately according to Amazon's rules. If there is no rules, if our rights cannot be protected, what is the significance of our sales of products in Amazon?

Thank you for reaching out. I can understand the frustration that this is causing. There may be a lot of variables or issues as to why you are not able to withdraw your funds. Your payment might be on the way! It can take up to five business days for money to appear in your bank account after Amazon initiates a deposit. You can check the payment date of any settlement period in your Payments Dashboard.

For questions related to your ten most recent payments:

Click the Statement view tab and select the settlement cycle from the Settlement period drop-down list.

If the settlement period for the payment in question is still open, which is represented by Present (open), wait until the completion of the cycle for it to be closed. You can see the date when your next payment is due at the bottom of the page.

If the payment you are looking for belongs to one of the older settlement periods, refer to the All statements or Disbursements tab. Here, you can search within a customized date range or navigate through your statements manually by scrolling and using the pagination buttons.

If a successful payment, whose Disbursement status is Done, is not reflected in your bank account, contact your bank using the Trace ID. You can find the Trace IDs of payments in the Disbursements tab.

Also there could be an issue with account level reserves. Have you had a chance to open a seller support page?

If so, please post the case id number into this thread. I would like to take a look into this on your behalf.
