Seller Feedback Removal About Shipping

Dear Amazon Support Team,

I am writing to address a customer review that appears to be unrelated to our store or the service we provided. Upon reviewing its content, it seems to pertain to a shipping issue that is beyond our control and handled directly by the carrier or Amazon's logistics service.

Here are the details of the review:

Review ID: 16800203701

Customer Comment: "Weren’t you guys supposed to send somebody here? I want to return this package."

Reason for Concern: The review mentions shipping delays/issues, which are managed by the carrier. Our responsibility as the seller ends once the product is dispatched on time, as per the customer's order. Our partnered shipping provider does not offer a pickup service from home.

We take great care to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure timely handling of all orders. Unfortunately, this review reflects on aspects outside of our control, potentially misrepresenting our store’s performance.

Hey @Seller_EGkmzOlDAIIpH,

Were you able to escalate the matter via our feedback manager feature? Without raising a case through the normal escalation path I am afraid I am not able to escalate the situation, I see you are mentioning "feedback removal" but would this be a product review request?

Feedback Removals and Products review are 2 separate features,
