Account deactivated

I am a small business owner selling on amazon since last 1.5 years. a couple of months ago Amazon asked me to submit proof of address document for 1 of of the partners in our company which we submitted, it took amazon 1 month (in 3 attempts) to verify the address. During this time we got a performance notification that our account has been deactivated without stating clearly the reason.
We used the seller support call me now option to understand what the issue and we were told that the account health team also needs the proof of address for the same person, so we submitted the exact same document that the identity verification team had already accepted. We got the message saying that the account health team cannot verify the information, after calling the seller support multiple times, we were told to submit an alternative document (another utility bill etc.) so we submitted another document as well.
We stopped getting any updates after this latest submission, after following up on seller support for another 15 days we have been told by the support that the account health team had decided that our account cannot be reinstated and even if we submit anything new they may not respond.
Can someone help in this situation and let us know if you have gone through similar situation? We are a small business and have suffered a lot in the past 2 months with lost sales and fixed costs as well
