CSBA General Adjustment Refunds

Any mod available to help with this situation? We have the SCBA service ( Is free for Us ) We have Won all the INR refunds ( All of Them, no exception ) for more than a Year now, seems like something weird is happening because suddenly We are receiving refund notifications Under: General Adjustment no more INR's ( Expensive orders by the way), What kind of sneaky move is this?!!

Amazon knows that We cannot win any Safe T claim if is marked under General Adjustment!!

I'm super frustrated at this point!! seems like We ( Sellers ) always have to lose .

Any mods please We need help with this!!

These are Our Safe t Claim Id's: 33749-53261-9369524, 87416-45205-1261154 and 90581-09297-8598522.
