Verification issue

hi everyone

About 2 months ago I switched my account from sole trader to my Ltd and have some issues with verification

The verification team for the past 2 months have been sending me emails asking me to confirm the status of my previous business (uk sole)

Hello,We recently contacted you as we need some additional information to verify your Amazon selling account. How do I proceed with the verification of my account?Kindly provide the status of your previous business (UK Sole).What happens if I do not provide the required information?If you do not provide the requested information, your account will be restricted as follow

In 60 days from the date we first reached out, your funds may no longer be disbursed and your ability to sell on Amazon could be impacted.How do I send the required information?Reply to this email with the information listed above.

This has been constant back and forth of my responding comforting it is still active as I actually still work under my sole trader and out of my own will I have sent in my recent tax returns and a utr confirmation letter

Recently on 22 February they deactivated my account with the following Hello,

Your account has failed our verification process.

As a result, your listings are inactive and funds from your selling on Amazon account will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.

We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision.

Why is this happening?

We recently contacted you because we need some additional information to verify your account. We have not received the requested information.

How do I reactivate my account?

-- Kindly provide the status of your previous business (UK Sole).

I’ve contacted seller support and even they are not understanding why this has happened as they can see my email responses confirming the status and even the documents sent in! But they say the verification team have not recieved any of my emails?

Some of the seller support agents started case logs and verification team have responded with their copy and paste answers of the above

I’m hoping someone from Amazon can please have a look at this?
