Listing a book with valid ISBN but getting 8572 error
Hi,
I am trying to list a book with valid ISBN number issued by Raja Ram Mohan Roy agency but still keep getting responses that it is not certified with GS1. GS1 is for non-books. The standard number for a book is ISBN and I have provided the relevant evidences and still cant get it listed since five days now. All I keep hearing is the code is not certified by GS1...!!
Can you please assist on priority?

Thankyou for your post. I can refer you to Error 8572 help page. It has instructions how to resolve this error. if the problem continues, then you need to reach out to Sellers Support.
