New QZ Tray Buy Shipping in Bulk issues
Anyone else having issues with QZ Tray today?
No matter what we do, we keep getting the same error: QZ Printing Failed for the Following Orders.
We've uninstalled, reinstalled, installed an older version, nothing works. It's worked fine for well over a year now.
We now have to buy shipping individually on over 160 orders. This is going to be a long day.

Yes - what a waste of time. Especially immediately after a bank holiday weekend when we have loads of orders to ship!

3 days of it not working. I have done the same, uninstall and reinstall but it has not made a difference. Very frustrating!

Same here! Ours went down 2 days ago - pending amazon action on seller support. (Surpise surprise!) They originally asked us to contact QZ tray and I received a reply saying they should have never done that and it explicitly states in their contract with amazon that they don't deal with 'end users' (us) and only web designers.
I learned in previous threads there is an Amazon point of contact that needs to work alongside QZ Tray for resolution but my guess is there hasn't yet been enough complaints for it to be noticed yet.
Tested a PDF pixel print on the QZ demo and it worked fine indicating this is an amazon issue.
Fingers crossed, something is sorted soon as the individual order printing is mind numbing!

I don't get any error message, I'm just not getting my labels.
It still works indivually but just not in bulk labels.
