about paperwork for fund recovery

I requested fund recovery, they said that some of my documents were missing. However, when I want to upload again, the "submit all document" option is unfortunately inactive, I have been trying to solve this for days. Can you please help?

It says in your screenshot at the top:

"Please upload a single file for each of the document types below"

However, you are missing your business registration document. You haven't finished uploading 1 for each type. Once you do, the button should turn turquoise and then clickable.
