I have had my fill with Amazon Europe.
Firstly, I have been locked out of my European accounts for more than two years. USA tech support finally got me in. Somehow the log in email got changed to something else.
As soon as the account became unlocked and I updated my settings the account was deactivated, saying I was related to an account by the name of Mobifix, Ltd. I have appealed until I am blue in the face. I don't know who this is and I have never done business as them or with them. I provided proof that the only other person (a freelancer) that had access to my account has been terminated. I filed an identity theft report with the FCC and my local police department.
All they do is send a canned response without saying what they need. And they won't tell me anything about this Mobifix, Ltd. ALL of my European accounts are suspended, so I cannot even hazard a guess as to what country they are in, though that probably won't help either, being that I am in the USA.

Surely if you are in USA, it would be better posting on the US forum. I doubt a UK mod will be able to help (though they might ??)
