my 10years old USAccount is deactived even health account was perfect

10 years selling accound deactivated

I've been selling for over 10 years and my account was deactivated.

What happened:

1. My account was deactivated due to the IP violations on 3rd of June. However, there was no IP product policy violation in Amazon health dashboard.

2. I submitted invoice 2times and got a rejected and suddenly changed the subject of violations for a restricted product violations and request for the plan of action as requested but got rejected 3 or 4 times.

3. After 4 rejections, I submitted a detailed plan of action and my US account got activated on 1st pf Jul but my Canada account was still deactivated.

4. I called account health support and was told that I need to submit invoices for other three ASINs which are not even in listed in my account. (I used to have these listings before but deleted them long ago.)

5. I submitted invoices and but it kept getting rejected. Amazon has even deactivated my US account again 6th of Jul and request for the invoices even the Asins are not exist in my inventory.

6. I submitted all the documentation that Amazon has asked me to do but I keep getting the same rejection email. I have even submitted the electronig tax invoice issued by government but still rejected. I don’t know what Amazon wants and lost my way.

I don't know what to do now.

Could please someone help me?

Amazon is in the middle of a lot of operational changes. Are you staying up to date on what is going on with the platform and adjusting your business plan or are you just doing things the way you have been?

Do you have receipts (shows tax) or actual invoices (includes your business name, and terms of purchase)? Do you have name brand permissions to sell their products if applicable?
