SAFE-T claim denied
I received a wrong/ different product in return for which i filed a SAFE-T claim along with valid photographs of product i received and affixed label on package in accordance with amazon policies, i shared a package opening video also as a proof of wrong item i received but still they denied my claim , i appealed various times to them but every time they just denied my claim and says "While we understand your position, we have reviewed this claim and we stand by our decision." This is how the sellers are treated on amazon instead of providing valid proofs, i have lost more money than i earned on amazon as profits, they earn money from commissions and ads by sellers but in return they give NO value to them, only buyer/ customer is valuable to them not the sellers.
I must say "AMAZON IS NOT FOR SELLERS"
If anybody from amazon is reading this message and can help me kindly do so my SAFE-T claim id is 78726-24167-6133544 for order id : 402-5924393-6630751 else i have already lost my product and money as well.......
