Report a violation system STILL DOES NOT WORK
Over a year ago I posted that the report a violation automatic system DOES NOT WORK. I have tried every which way I can to get but every single time this is what happens- I have been in touch with seller central more times that I care to remember and each time they see the issue but explain that they can't do anything about it. Previously @julia did start to look into this but no further forward. Surely something has to be done, it is now impossible to report a violation.
My original - message but exactly the same now...
Can anyone please help - the report a violation system is no longer working. It changed a while ago to a "bot" and it doesn't matter what violation you report, within a second you get an email saying

Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported Bxxxxxxx for the violation type selected.
The violations are clear to see but I can't get anywhere. Obviously seller central - just keep giving me a copy and paste answer showing me where to report the violation and I keep telling them that I know where to report it but the issue I am having is that the system is not working.
It as if Amazon dont want us to report violations
Any ideas please
