We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplie

ok so i have been using this supplier for over 10 years now. Always accepted by amazon as there direct with the manufacturer of the products. There items have serial numbers so the inventory can be easily verfied as its in fba wharehouse.

Doesnt make senese to accept 1000 invoices then not accept it all of the sudden.

I have been selling onb here for 14 years. Really is just terrible whats going on here

As long as Amazon makes money they just don't notice the boat is sinking...and they wont until it hits the ocean floor

In order to provide the best possible support here, would you please provide further insight into the exact policy violation for which these invoices are being requested?

In regards to invoice requirements, these should:

  • Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
  • Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
  • You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.

Is there any part of these requirements that your invoices are missing?

Call and get the specifics on what you are missing. I kept getting that generic response but then found out it was because they were looking for a specific date and I was sending them the most recent invoices. Would help if it said that in the messages!
