Brand approval and GTIN exemption - no record of previous approval
Hi All,
I have previously applied and been approved to sell products under my own brand and was granted a GTIN exemption at that time. (I handmake and sell products under my own brand name).
A couple of years later, I am trying to add more items under my brand name but I am unable to do so as the system says I need to apply for permission to sell under this brand. When I contacted Amazon about this issues they told me there is no record of my previous approval and that I need to reapply.
When I reapplied I was refused on the grounds of not having a GTIN exemption, which I do have, but again there seems to be no record of.
It seems that my brand is registered as owned, but not by anyone, and I have no control of or access to it anymore. I still have a copy of the documents that I sent them for my previous brand ownership and GTIN exemption applications.
Not quite sure what has happened here or how best to proceed.
Any advice?

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to help.
Would you mind sharing the Case ID you have created with Seller Support?
I would like to take a look at it.
Best,
