Can't pass verification! Bank account holder name individual, but seller account is registered to business.
I thought that amazon has fixed it in 5 months but I was wrong.
6 months ago I managed to verify my bank account by sending bank statement on my company name, even though amazon requested the statement on my individual name that I used many years ago when I opened my account on Amazon. For 3 years I operate as business, and my seller account is registered to business name.
Now I have to change the deposit method to another bank account and once again i see this nightmare. Amazon asks to send statement to my individual name and keeps rejecting my statements to my business name.
What should I do p? @Steve_Amazon please help me
