Fraud Customer and No Help from Amazon
One of the customer has ordered a karwachauth thali and return it in a very bad condition. It was totally damaged or you can say the customer has used it. The customer has returned the order saying that there was only one bowl in it. I checked and there was two. I raised for reimursment as the product was of no use to me know.
Reimburment amount was of 400/- and amazon has given me only 120/-. I asked this is not fair but continuously the provided me only 120 bucks. My shipping cost was 150/-.
After this the customer has again ordered new thali that too after the karwachauth is over. I didnot want to sell my product again to this buyer and I ask support for this from amazon. The support told me to rain complain for fraud customer and they will respond back in 15 min to in 12 hours. I did not got any response and the order got auto cancel and my health is impacted.
Now my account health is showing 4% cancellation. What should I do now! I had one cancelled ordered last they have not even reimburse that also.
