FBA - Reimbursement for refund (different item)
so, I’m selling a food product - non returnable
A customer ordered 7 products (same product) and did request refund for all 7 products.
I’m FBA , and have been asking Amazon for reimbursement and escalated the cases and they are just saying it is non returnable so no reimbursement.
It seems that Amazon shipped the correct products but I’m not sure where the issue happened - I think it may be theft somewhere.
How can I get reimbursed? What should I do?

It is possible for a customer receiving an FBA order to get the wrong product. Or, the customer may have been untruthful in order to get something for free. I would say that if you get that return reason on the product again, you can contact Seller Support and ask them to do a "bin check" to ensure that your product is correctly stored in the fulfillment center.
