Your Account is at Risk - Help with Identity Verification for UK Amazon Account as a Sole Proprietor

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with verifying my UK Amazon seller account registration. My business is registered in India as a sole proprietorship, and I’ve submitted my GST certificate and national ID for the verification process.

However, Amazon is requesting additional documents like "Statutes (by-laws/articles of association)," which, as I understand, are only required for limited companies or corporations. As a sole proprietor, I don’t have these documents.

Does anyone know if there are alternative documents I can provide to complete the verification? I currently have my GST certificate and Udyam certificate.

Also, I’m concerned that if my UK account gets deactivated due to this verification issue, my entire business might be affected, as all my sales are currently in the US market and this is my only source of sales. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much for the help!

Best,
