Inventory in FC Processing for over 60 days - OUT OF STOCK
100 of my units have been in FC Processing nearly 2 months and now i am out of stock.
I have contacted amazon seller support to ask why this is and i am getting the same blanket response of "An internal team is dealing with it"
Does anyone know why this is happening and why have they held 100 units, where al my other units were fine and available.
Any help on this would be great

I've had this. The truth is that they have probably just not scanned it in ude to either being lost or thrown onto the shelf without scanning.
I'm guessing you can't raise the issue as an investigation yet because it is only eligible for investigation after they have been checked in and counted.
You will likely see that your shipment will shortly be closed not giving you the opportunity to investigate as the time for doing this will have elapsed.
I'm afraid this is a waiting game but you need to call seller support and could they please get an update from the internal team regarding the case. Ensure that you are put through to the FBA team to follow it up.
After all this is done, if the units are not located, I'm afraid it will be a case of having to supply them with an invoice and proof of delivery etc.
It is annoying, I have had it happen to me 3 times now but in all fairness it wasn't 60 days.

This is Roberto. Thank you for using the forums, I have looked into the issue you reported in the case ending in 1702, and I can confirm this issue has been escalated.
Once the internal partner team has insight on this matter, you will receive a response in the case. I can confirm this is being actively worked on by the right teams.
