My handmade perfumes are NOT "dangerous goods" - some listings deactivated

I've gone round and round with Amazon saying my perfume oils are Dangerous Goods. Some have been approved, but many have not. They have deactivated the listings and many of my products are somewhere in limbo, not available for sale.

I also sell solid perfumes, and this is not an issue with those even though I use the same fragrance oils in both.

I just spent a few days making more perfume oil that Amazon HAS been selling and is now out of and my FBA inventory shows Amazon asking for more. But when I tried to send in more, it's now saying this particular one is a Dangerous Good and I can't send it in.

I'm so frustrated! I've contacted Amazon multiple times, submitted SDS forms for the fragrance oils I use in my perfumes. The internal team is apparently reviewing my products, but it's been 3 1/2 weeks.

At one point, it looked like they thought I was selling fragrance oil. I'm not. I'm selling handmade perfume.

This is really affecting my sales. I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing.

Hello @Seller_PklZYEoaJt7pd,

Ok, looks like we have 2 ASINs (last 4 digits 8GNR & HJ64 ) from Case ID 17487589751 cleared from any Hazmat flags.

For the remaining ASINs the escalation team requested the following: "please advise SP to upload SDS for each ASIN in Seller Central directly then contact SPS for further review as case"

Once you file the follow up case with Seller Support, please share the ID here and I can monitor the resolution.
