cant confirm tax information for inform act
i received an account at risk of deactivation.
i went to account health. clicked the inform act. all items are ok except Tax ID Number. but thats it. theres no fix button. no submit button. just a close button. so i close it. then i go to Seller Account Information and click on Tax information.
It says Tax information is complete. Your tax information has been validated successfully.
Yet my warning remains.
I opened a case.#17233488731. a dedicated team looked at the case.
they replied that there is an outstanding document request. and tell me to go to account health and follow on screen instructions. now im back at square one , as i did this before.
can anyone at amazon help?

Hello @Seller_hY40tLwm8O9jf,
Thank you for sharing the concerns you are experiencing with the Inform Consumers Act verification.
I see that despite completing all of the required verification steps, a warning banner is still visible on your account and you are seeking assistance with getting this resolved. I recognize that the lack of certainty in this situation is causing you significant stress so I will take a look and see what can be done.
So that I can support you the best, I have passed your information over to the responsible team for a review of this situation. During this time, I suggest to continue to monitor your notifications in case you receive any updates. Once I hear back from that team, I will reach out here in this thread to let you know.
If you have any additional questions or concerns please don't hesitate to let me know. The forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
