Can I talk to someone reasonable and who has authority over authenticity complaints?
I've been dealing with this authenticity complaint for a few days now. I've been asked for, and provided the following: Invoices for a year, tracking numbers for invoices, breakdowns of raw materials, order confirmation emails, and last, BANK RECORDS.
Every time I have called into the account health support I have had to explain the ASIN in question is a manufactured item. It will not be on the invoices supplied(no one can supply invoices for this because it doesn’t exist outside of Amazon), and as I've stated above, I have outlined each of the raw materials in the invoices and shown how what has been bought will cover the raw materials for each item sold through Amazon. I was basically just told that Amazon does not view it as a manufactured item and because it is not on my invoices that my case will not be moving forward. I was told that I cannot talk to someone in this area over the phone.
I would really like to talk to someone who can understand that the item in question is actually a manufactured item(that we have shown beyond a reasonable doubt that we purchased the items through legitimate means) and not just spout policy at me.

I think you posted the wrong ASIN; that one points to Pokemon cards.

Hello @Seller_dQ6I0fkWjn44F
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent authenticity concerns you have been attempting to resolve. I understand the break down in the documents is causing confusion during the review resulting in a rejection. I know this can be very frustrating, and did want to provide some assistance.
Would you be able to share the messaging or case information that associates to this concern? We would like to better understand the situation, so we will require these details.
If you have any other information or updates you would like to share, please refer to this thread.
Best,
Atlas
