Yet another ridiculous A-Z
We have recently had an A-Z claim gp against us. Order No 205-6895328-0309132. The customer was refunded at first scan for a return on the 9th of April. They have then opened a "Different to what I ordered" A-Z claim stating they had not received the refund. How can this be our fault? We have appealed the ODR and lost.
Can any Mods help with this please as it is ridiculous that we are being held responsible for Amazon's issue.
