Amazon SFP adjustments to despatch/delivery promises over Christmas Holiday 2024
Ok,
Just had the email from Amazon Shipping to say they are not collecting on Dec 24th & Dec 31st
(In addition to the obvious days).
But these two days still appear on our scheduled list of pickups for December.
Will Amazon be adjusting the seller despatch and in turn customer delivery promises and expectations accordingly?

Royal Mail will make collections at your usual time, excluding 24th Christmas Eve and 31st New Year's Eve, which will be made between 11am and 2pm.

Royal mail have informed us that collections will be around 12 Midday on xmas eve and new years eve
