UK to Germany and irland many returned parcels
i have many returned parcels, covered in DHL stickers and "unclaimed" notifications.
HL/ Deutsche post just not sending delivery cards to customers to pay customs fees? how does a customer know they have fees to pay if they aren't being told there is a post for them and a fee to pay?
incorrect addresses . addresses are same as amazon customers detail we do change nothing?
i been sending items for years even to other countries before brexit and after no a problem but now since 15 01 2024 all been return it even my germany acount is at risk for defet rate customer complaineng not getting item to avoid this problem . now also irland returning items back to uk.

no blaming brexit is how germany and irland postage service are . do they want our money and not delivering item making me loss of money and customer angry and dessapointed.
i have desactivete international shipping to solve my problem and heades and cut my losses i have to give full refunds.

Do not expose customers to customs delays and additional duties and taxes on their products. It is your responsibility to discuss with your carrier how duties and taxes will be paid and to choose shipping methods that ensure that customers are not exposed to such payments or delays upon delivery of the goods.
Note: Please note that having buyers pay duties is in violation of the Amazon Marketplace policies and can lead to the suspension of your seller account.

If under 150 euros Amazon will have collected the sales tax from the customer, so are expecting the customer to pay it again.
You need to Google IOSS and learn how to send items using it. Amazon supply you with their IOSS number.
