GPSR Submitted Document Rejected
Hey Guys, I wanted to share this reply from Seller Central I opened CASE 10430976342 regarding my safety test report document I supplied showing the test report company letterhead which has their company logo in the centre of the page. Amazon have rejected the document stating that this logo is a watermark.
Check out the reply below, it confirms what we are all thinking the same that the system is broken......

I understand that you wish to comply with the GPSR.
We have a lot of issue with the implementation of the GPSR. Some of which cause some documents to be rejected in error. Amazon is working for final fix for all those issues on 31/10/24. Rejected documents are now being reviewed manually. I'm unable to give you a definite answer at the moment. All i can suggest is to keep providing as much info as you can despite the system as to avoid delay later.
We will close this case. If you have any further questions on this or any other subject, please do not reopen this case but open a new one on Seller Central with the department concerned. We will be happy to process your request.
What amuses me is the last paragraph saying not to reopen this case but start a new case within the correct department! WHICH IS THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT?
