Getting Nowhere with Brand Approval – Submitted Everything and Still Getting Auto-Declines
Hey everyone,
Just wanted to vent a bit and also see if anyone else has dealt with this — I’ve been trying to get brand approval (L'Oréal Professionnel in this case) and I’ve literally submitted everything they’ve asked for, multiple times:
Invoices from a legitimate supplier with 10+ units
Tracking numbers uploaded
Clear photos of the products (front/back/sides/barcodes)
Business info matches exactly
Invoices match my account name, company number, etc.
Every single time I submit, I just get that same generic auto-reply saying it "doesn’t meet requirements" with no actual explanation. No one’s reading these submissions properly, it seems. I even asked for a manual review and still got the same copy-paste response.
I’ve had back-and-forth with support, opened multiple cases, explained everything — but it's like I'm just going in circles. No transparency, no feedback, nothing. Just “we can’t approve” and that’s it.
Has anyone actually managed to break through this auto-wall lately? Is there any way to escalate to a real human in the Category Approvals or Captive Team who can actually look at what’s being submitted?
Honestly feels like I’m doing everything right and still getting punished.
