Buyers being refunded even if they don't return goods?
This is absolutely infuriating me!
We had a buyer request a return, and we duly provided a DHL shipping label at our cost, which we uploaded to the Return Authorisation. A couple of days later, same buyer opened a duplicate return request which we then closed. Another couple of days later there's another duplicate return request.
Then we notice the "prior refund applied" notice. I checked the DHL tracking number for the label we provided, and it still showed as 'Shipment Data Received' which means the label was never used and it was never scanned on pickup or when it was dropped at a Service Point.
I challenged this with Amazon Seller Support, who informed me that the buyer was refunded because the return shipment had 'no tracking available'. Well of course it didn't because the label had never been used!
I was then told to file a SAFE-T claim, but guess what, the order isn't eligible!
I wouldn't mind if it was a small low-value item, but the order value was over $300.
To be honest we're tired of scam buyers, and it makes matters worse when we get scammed by Amazon as well, this is on top of having a large amount of funds being 'held in reserve' which we can't get disbursed.
