If you didn't use Amazon Buy Shipping or get a signature at delivery and the buyer is claiming INR, you are out of luck. If you did get a signature at delivery, you can attempt to appeal the A-Z claim by providing the signature proof to the A-Z team. That used to work, but I've seen on the forums it may not any more.

Do you mean that your funds are in Account Level Reserve to cover the circumstance of a possible A-Z Claim?
