Key Product Features and product video does not appear in product listing

Hello Everyone,

Recently I registered my brand with Amazon and created my first product listing. The listing is active but I am afraid some of the key product information does not appear in the listing, could you please help me.

1. The Key Product Features does not appear in the listing. I added 4 product features as quick bullet points to make my product eye-catching but these bullet points are not appearing in the listing, how can I fix this? It added these features in the 'Edit Listing -> Product Details -> Key Product Features' 2 days ago.

2. Product Video: I created a short video of the product to show the customer how the product is to be used. I added that via 'Catalog->Manage Videos'. The status shows that my video is published but I don't see my video on the product listing. And, I have only 4 images in the listing. How can I make the video appear in my listing. It will help my customers understand my product better.

Both the above features are the USP of my product listing.

Thank you, Maya.

Hey there @Seller_5dev0fBDGZj7H- thanks for the post! I do know that a selling account needs to be active for 3 months before videos can be displayed. You can read more on that here. Maybe this is the reason for the video not displaying since you mentioned this being your first product listing? Let me know if not!

Towards the Key Product Features- have you tried uploading this through an inventory file yet? I do know that this method can help information flow through the Amazon ecosystem more smoothly, could be worth a try! If that doesn't help it might become necessary to create a case with support for more technical guidance.

I hope this helps but let me know if you run into any further questions on this topic!

Best,

Danny
