Brand Registry rejection due to brand name mismatch
I hope an actual human at Amazon could look at this for me please. Case ID 11039656742. My brand registry application was rejected due to brand name mismatch. I have explained that IPOUK made an error when uploading the application and somehow the mark text was initially uploaded as "FOI" rather than "roho". This shouldn't really matter anyway as the trademark is specifically for the figurative brand name "roho" in a specific and unique font style. However, the error was corrected by IPOUK on 7th April and the mark text now matches the figurative text "roho". I have provided screenshots from the IPOUK database and also a IPOUK formal letter from the IPOUK Examination Officer assigned to my application confirming the error and confirming that it was corrected on 7th April. Despite this my application is still being rejected for brand name mismatch and I have been told that I must get IPOUK to fix the error, but the error has already been fixed on 7th April and all evidence of this clearly provided. Please could somebody look at this for me?
