I am writing to formally request the removal of a recent negative review from a buyer, as it is factually incorrect and unfairly impacts our seller rating.

Can a mod please escalate this case 17501800821. The buyer requested a return with the message: "I bought this item for a 2015 bmw x1 xdrive28i and they were too big." We have approved the return request, provided a prepaid return label, and issued a full refund.

The buyer has now left a negative review: "Ii had to return the item wrong size for my bmwx1 but no problem with the return satisfying."

However, according to the product description, the product is compatible with the ​2016-2022 BMW X1 28i, not the ​2015 BMW X1 xDrive28i, as they are different models.

Since it was not due to any error on our part (the return was processed smoothly, and the buyer acknowledged this). Could anyone from Amazon help me? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
