Insane inventory storage fee

Amazon charged me insane inventory storage fee for the last month even though i had only 250 units in the warehouse. I compared the reports from last months, figured out my product dimensions and weight is totally different in the latest monthly report. My product weight and dimensions didn't change at all, got it remeasured through amazon, turned out to be the same like earlier months.

Now amazon is not fixing the overcharged of storage fee coz of dimensions error. I have contacted amazon 10 times but it's like talking to robots, they don't wanna understand anything.

I had the exact same problem and still having it. you have to literally go through the previous month, highlight the column on excel, screen shoot, send and also send them the entire sheet.

after 5 weeks I finally got reimbursed the difference. then the next month they do the EXACT same thing once again. I start a case and they deny. I ask them to read the previous case they said it has been remeasured and concluded its the correct charge. it's ridiculous how they respond. I guess they just copy and paste.

keep responding and opening up the new case and be on it daily even if they dont reply. also be sure to have all your evidence. good luck but be prepared to do this for the following month.

@Seller_mFu1iFxcoKz3g I wanted to check in to determine if you are still having issues here? If so, can you please provide the most recent Seller support case ID you have on this issue?

Amazon will typically reimburse the FBA fees if we confirm that they were charged using inaccurate weight or dimensions. However, when the weight or dimensions that the seller provides vary from our verified measurement, our measurement will govern.

Important: To be eligible for reimbursement under this policy, you must submit your request within 90 days of the date on which the fee was charged.

More information on the Weight and Dimensions reimbursement policy can be found here: FBA fees reimbursement policy: Weight and dimensions

Thank you!
