Premium Delivery Eligible but not showing on products

Normally this time of the year we get a lot of premium delivery orders, but it appears premium options are not showing on product despite dashboard showing eligible. All other metrics and health a good too.

I query this with support by phone "I can see you are eligible let I'll raise a ticket"

First email reply give obvious pointers but adds;

"After enrolling also, if your offers are not showing Two-Day Premium Shipping option, please write back to us with concerned ASIN's and screenshot of the issue."

So I send the info.

"We request you to add a screenshot showing the timestamp. Kindly include the postcode from which you are seeing the detail page."

So I add this data, testing on my personal Amazon account. Then I get;

"We understand your concern with regards to the Premium Shipping eligibility has been revoked.

We can see the importance this has for your business, for that reason, I will make sure to provide useful information.

We do understand you are concerned and you have reopened the case multiple times we apologies for the inconvenience caused

We would like to inform you that when Seller's Premium Shipping eligibility is revoked we request you to submit a Plan of Action to request the restoration of their eligibility to Premium Shipping at the following email address: op-pso-vtr-appeals"

No, it's not revoked, no I didn't reopen case multiple times - I was responding to case.

So I politely resend all screenshots including ones showing eligibility, that was over a week ago currently "Action Needed By Amazon" is this good / bad? Am I begin ignored? Is it somehow secretly revoked and I should place and appeal?

I would imagine you have...but have you checked your Shipping Templates? Just to check the Premium Shipping hasn't been unflagged.

You might want to also check any of the affected SKUs in your inventory - just check there isn't anything in there overriding shipping and again turning off Premium Shipping.

they do suspend it without telling you first as well it just disapears then a day or so later youll get email

We haven't had any premium orders in the last few weeks either. This is very strange on the lead up to Christmas. In account health under Eligibilities it shows that we are 'eligible' for premium shipping. However the dates shown on the listing pages would not indicate that premium shipping is not being offered. We have also opened a case and are awaiting a response. Have you had any luck?
