Is it possible to have the $39.99 monthly fee always be charged to my cc, and not deducted from profits? Totally messes with my accounting.

Connor from Amazon here, unfortunately the $39.99 Professional Seller subscription fee is automatically deducted from your available balance and there is no option to charge it separately at this time.
If the balance in your account is not sufficient to cover the subscription fees, Amazon will charge the registered credit card on file then.
