verification problems
I am having trouble verifying my seller account, after amazon took £30 for a professional account which i did not pick, they told me to provide the relevant details. After providing the details they still asked for more id to get my account reactivated. I am now unable to send anything through the ID document photo service because the link they gave me does not work and i don't know how to get there without the link. I also requested a call back and every time i choose this option amazon are unable to connect to my phone. I don't understand why they don't have a helpline for the sellers only the customers. Can somebody help me with this issue please?

So you do not pay any more pro plan fees -£30 (it is NOT professional account), it is the selling plan fee - you need to downgrade the selling plan - go to Settings - Account Info - Your Services - Manage.
You can then open a case with Seller Support (Help) and request a refund of unused fees (at their discretion).
You need to have an Amazon BUSINESS seller account (the legal entity) and be registered with HMRC as self-employed to get fully verified - hopefully you are.
