UK Limited company want to sell on Amazon USA. Seller Permit question
Hi, I am UK based and I already sell on Amazon using FBA in the UK Marketplace. Now I want to start selling in the US, using my UK Ltd company and my global seller account, which I’m well aware you are able to do without registering a US LLC. Now, for this, I plan to source my inventory from the US based suppliers/wholesalers. but all the US suppliers want to see my Seller Permit. My understanding is that you only register for sales tax in a state when have a "Nexus". In my case when I do not have a Nexus with any of the states at the moment meaning I do not have to register for sales tax. So what should I do? Shall I register for sales tax voluntarily in any US state of my choice? Thanks
