This product is ineligible for sending to Amazon with a manufacturer barcode.

I have an item that i've been selling on amz seller central for several years that has done very well. account health is good item metrics and inventory health is all good. However i now get the message "This product is ineligible for sending to Amazon with a manufacturer barcode. Please remove the product from the shipment, recreate the offer with an Amazon barcode and label your units."

Can anyone advise if they have had this same issue? i have no idea why its requiring me to change to an amzon bar code. Thanks in advnace

Yup, it means some other seller screwed up on a comingled listing, so now they require the listing to be non comingled so they can track who sends in what (someone probably sent in damaged inventory or a counterfeit)

All you gotta do is click "add another condition" and create a new FBA SKU and then you'll be able to send it in again.

Hello @Seller_qsfhSCqtAXvVm

Thank you for bringing that question to the Amazon Forums.

What @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7mentioned is correct. Actually, it is mentioned in the help page FBA product barcode requirements, indicating "If your product isn’t eligible for virtual tracking with the manufacturer barcode, an Amazon barcode is required."

In that Help page you will also find the link to Use Amazon barcodes to track inventory explaining everything related to this barcode system when sending products to the warehouse.
