Brand Registry Ineligible
Hello,
I have recently attempted to add another brand to our brand registry account and have encountered an issue. The application is coming in as "Ineligible" and the list of potential reasons are quite long and no specifics are given about our specific situation.
I believe that the issue may be that the corporate information tied to our seller account is different than that of the trademark although we own both businesses. Has anyone encountered a similar issue and if so what is a path forward? Currently the application sits as ineligible and when I try to reapply it states that the brand is currently under review.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated .

The Brand Registry team does not typically share details around their decisions in order to protect the processes for abuse prevention. I myself don't even have access to see why your application/appeal was rejected.
The only information available is the list of potential reasons you received in the appeal. I recommend going through each one of those very carefully to see if there's something to be found that needs to be addressed.

Thank you @Jim_Amazonfor taking the time to research this matter. Unfortunately, none of the reasons listed make sense or seem relevant to our account since our account is in good standing.
I'm not sure if there is a path forward with the given information and since it is listed as ineligible im unable to reapply due to it being considered "Under Review"
Do you have any further suggestions?
