Status of an Appeal - Section 3 Deactivation
Hello. I am seeking some guidance on who I may be able to contact regarding the status of an appeal on an account deactivation? This is related to a Section 3 deactivation. My account had been deactivated in the middle of April, and I had filed a few, unsuccessful, appeals. Typically a response was received within 3-4 days. I filed another appeal on 5/12/24 and included a lot more detailed information. However, to date I haven’t received a response via email or Account Health. I called Amazon Support regarding the appeal, and it was very difficult to understand the representative. My main thing I’d like to know is that the appeal, indeed, has been received and is still currently pending. If anyone here could provide additional guidance then I’d sincerely appreciate it.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
