Amazon lost my shipment and won't pay for it.Prices total $11,000.
My shipment arrived at the Amazon warehouse early, around September 2, 2024, but it has been slow to hit the shelves. I contacted Amazon customer service prior to this and the response they gave was that the survey time had not arrived.
After a month or so I checked the shipment again and it showed completed and received 0. I shipped 88 this time and the price totaled $11,000. This was a high value shipment and Amazon lost it for me.
The funny thing is that in the tracking shipment it shows that it arrived at the Amazon warehouse and hasn't been updated since.
I uploaded the purchase invoice and proof of delivery, but Amazon won't recognize this evidence and has repeatedly made other demands to make things difficult. This is exactly the same problem I'm having with another shipment, which I also posted about here.
Is there anyone out there who can resolve this?
