Is there a unit on time delivery report for regular orders ?

I want a report that shows the tracking milestones just like the unit on time delivery report, this one only includes the ones with defects on it.

Any suggestions? does this exist at all?

Some of the columns im looking for: Promised ship date Ship confirmation date Carrier first scan date Promised delivery date without a promise extension Promised delivery date with a promise extension Actual delivery date Delivered after the promised delivery date without a promise extension Delivered after the promised delivery date with a promise extension.
