I am a new seller i got 15 order. from 15 i got 2 returned with fake item or empty box

first order :

customer returned he mentioned i sended unidentified item once i got back i was shocked some useless metal part in box i don't think customer stole the item he order 3 product only one got returned i doubt amazon delivery guy did something

order 2 :

product returned due to customer unable to return once i got my product missing only box there clearly we can understand product is missing amazon side only not in customer side

i claimed for safe t claim i got little bit of money

reason for posting this amazon need to do something about this so seller can sell product without any worry
